馬祖新村眷村文創園區「巢市集」廠商徵選公告
馬祖新村眷村文創園區要辦市集囉！
馬祖新村將辦理一系列「巢市集」活動，園區以「眷村餐桌節」與「眷村饅頭節」為主題召募品牌市集高手，邀請風格獨具或是創意概念為出發的攤位，以及在餐車設計或餐飲上，都極具風格的行動餐車，參與本次「巢市集」的活動喔。除了可以在現場進行文化創意的品牌理念分享，也可向民眾傳達眷村美食和以及生活美學的快樂創業理念。

■活動時間：
1.設攤日期：
第一場：106年10月07日（六）
第二場：106年10月08日（日）
第三場：106年10月14日（六）
第四場：106年10月15日（日）
（活動時間若有變更，以「中壢馬祖新村眷村文創基地」臉書粉絲專頁公告為主）
2.時間：上午10時至下午4時30分。
3.進場佈置時間：上午9時30分。
4.撤攤時間：下午4時30分後。
■活動地點：馬祖新村文創園區（桃園市中壢區龍吉二街155號）
■攤位費用：免場地租金。
■保證金：
1.攤位部份免租金，惟須繳交保證金新臺幣200元整。獲選展出者，當日確實依計畫出席、場地展後復原(含清潔)、設備清點無誤後，當日退還保證金。若未於活動前7日告知不克出席者，則沒收保證金全額。
2.通知錄取後三日內將保證金匯入指定帳戶，如未收到匯款項，將取消資格並由候補名單依序遞補。完成匯款後，請將匯款攤友名稱、聯絡人、聯絡電話、匯款時間、匯款金額、帳號後五碼等資料，以電子郵件方式回傳至matsuvillage2017@gmail.com，收到資料後，將以email或電話進行確認，報名廠商若於回傳後兩日內未收到確認通知，請來電洽詢。
■設備提供：
1.提供一帳篷(3m*3m)一桌(180cm*60cm)，二椅(30cm*30cm)。
2.電力110V每攤配給兩個插頭，如有特殊電力需自行處理。
3.提供當天活動圍裙 ，攤位品牌介紹立牌（活動結束後，需繳回）。
■徵選類別：
1.插畫創作：作者個人風格的插畫、或製成各式文具、如卡片、貼紙、紙膠帶…等
2.手作創作：個人原創設計，以各式材料製作的藝品（非批發品、仿冒品）
3.小食小飲：以符合食材安全規範製作的手作點心、蛋糕、飲品…..等
4.天然食材：以友善地球的方式耕作的天然蔬果、加工成品……等
5.行動餐車：販售餐飲以輕食，方便攜帶為主，食物需符合安全及衛生標準。
■參加品牌必須擁有以下之一的品牌專頁：

註：最後錄取攤商數量依主辦單位裁量，並以公告為主。不接受批發商品、觸犯版權者。

執行單位收到報名資料，將隨即以e-mail或電話進行確認，報名廠商若於報名後三日內未收到確認通知，請儘速洽詢。
■審查方式
1.資格審查：由執行單位聘請相關專業委員，依廠商提供之網路報名資料進行書面審查。
2.評審項目包括：攤位介紹、作品創意、商品圖、創攤理念、販售商品之原創性等。
3.報名表填寫內容越詳盡、正確，越有利於通過審核，若因訊息不全、有誤或造假導致審查未通過，請自行負責。
■甄選結果
獲選名單將於106年 9月22日前於中壢馬祖新村眷村文創基地粉絲專頁公告錄取名單。
■注意事項
1.錄取攤友請於9月22日前提供單位品牌形象照片1-2張，檔案大小在1mb 以上，或是圖檔尺寸在1050×1500 Pixel以上，Logo(jpg檔、tiff、png檔)，200字以內文字介紹，並以電子郵件回傳至matsuvillage2017@gmail.com
2.本活動嚴禁展示或販售違反民法、消費者保護法、公平交易法、商品標示法、商品檢驗法、食品衛生法相關法令之產品，如有違法情事，廠商應自行負責一切賠償責任與罰鍰。現場提供之餐飲、食品或相關食品添加物及包裝，應符合食品衛生管理之相關規定，並配合衛生及消保檢驗抽查。
3.嚴禁陳列展售標示不實或仿冒他人商品商標，侵害他人專利權之產品，違者主辦單位有權取消參與本活動之權利。
4.錄取攤友需自行布置攤位。
5.活動期間承辦單位不負任何保管責任，貴重物品請隨身攜帶。
6請攤友共同維護現場清潔，活動結束後須將環境還原，並自行帶走垃圾。
7.不得使用擴音器、音響或其他易產生噪音之物品，並不得製造其他噪音、空氣等汙染。
8.不得使用明火器具烹煮食物，僅能電子類產品加熱食物。
9.若遇颱風、地震等不可抗力之因素取消活動，主辦單位保有修改、變更、取消活動之權利。
10.若無法參加請提早7天告知，攤位嚴禁私下轉讓其它品牌或以合攤方式展售。
